How to reach us
Centrale Fies is located in Località Centrale Fies 1 in Dro, a village immersed in the Marocche biotope, just 10 minutes away from Lake Garda. It takes 32 minutes to reach Centrale Fies from Trento, one hour from the Dolomites, two hours from Innsbruck and München, 3 hours from Milan and Venice, 4 hours from Saint Moritz and 6 hours from Rome.Outside TRENTO FS train station, turn right and reach the Bus station by a two minutes walk. Catch bus 205 (final destination: RIVA). Tickets can be bought at the Bus station ticket office.
By bus from Trento
Get off after passing through the village of PIETRAMURATA (you can ask the driver to let you at the closest stop to Centrale Fies). The ride takes about 45 minutes. At the bus stop turn left and walk for 5 minutes. Centrale Fies looks like a castle (although being an hydroelectric power plant) and is situated on the bank of river Sarca, on the right hand side. BY CAR VIA THE a22/e45 MODENA-BRENNERO HIGHWAY
Entering the highway at “Verona Nord” toll booth, by taking the exit A22/E45 towards Brennero-Trento. After a 45 minutes drive leave the highway by taking the Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord exit. At the roundabout take the 4th exit towards Viadotto Sovrappasso A22 - Brennero/Modena/Riva del Garda.
Continue on the SS240 and pass through the village of Nago. Take the 1st exit at the roundabouttowards SP118 - Arco.
Once passed through the village of Arco, take the 2nd exit SS45BIS towards Trento Centro/Dro/Sarche/Trento. Pass through the village of Dro and continue on the SS45BIS. You will find Centrale Fies on your right hand side.
